First let me introduce myself, James Stortz, the CEO of S.E. Telecom. As you can read in the sidebar, under my pretty face, I’ve been in the business of installing office telephone systems for over 12 years with offices in Toronto, Montreal, Calgary & British Columbia. “One Call We Do It All”
It was back in Dec 2009 when I met Rob Campbell of Smojoe Social Media alongside Will Webb of Innate Media Group, (and both were introduced to me by Chris Binet of BCommunications). All three of these skilled professionals teamed up to make my business infinitely more findable on the internet. Rob immediately recognized my unique telecommunicatons knowledge and expertise, and recommended that I build this blog. Will Webb gave our entire website a much needed face lift, and now the S.E. Telecom website has more functionality, and is a lot better looking!
Lenzr Photo Contests Built Search Engine Rankings for my most Popular Keywords.
During the two month development period, and another month for writing content and beta testing of our new website, we created a new logo and added this new blog to our domain. All this activity coincided with S.E Telecom sponsoring two different photo contests on Lenzr.com, a serial photo contest website that’s run by Smojoe.
The photo contest Everyday Tangled Web was designed to pinpoint the tangles that we, as a society, create and use everyday. The prize was a wireless headset – see it in action above and read the whole story about MRoy and her Plantronics Wireless Headset Prize on the Lenzr blog.
Obsolete Office Equipment is another dynamic challenge centered on the workplace. The contest hopes to uncover the antiques that are still being used in today’s offices. Show us the obsolete objects that are still relied upon by front line staff and backroom employees and the people who manage them.
Show us that much hated equipment that slows everyone in the office down.
